Intuitive Insurance Corp. (Intuitive) values our clients’ trust and is committed to the responsible management, use and protection of personal information. All insurance agencies must collect a certain amount of non-public personal information in order to service clients and administer business. This notice describes our policy regarding the collection and disclosure of non-public personal information (NPI) and non-public personal financial information (NPFI). We will continue to follow this policy even when a client relationship no longer exists.

We do not disclose any personal information about you to anyone unless allowed
by law. We do not share your financial information with any other businesses
to market unrelated products or services to you. However, when your current
policy comes up for renewal, we may share your information with other insurance
companies in order to obtain competing quotes or to provide you with better
coverage or prices. If you wish to prevent that from happening, you may “opt
out.” That term is explained in the next section.
Explanation of your “opt out” right
If you do not want to “opt out,” no action
is required on your part.
If you do not want us to attempt to obtain better coverage or better
prices from a different insurance company when your current policy comes up
for renewal, you may tell us now. By “opting out,”
you will instruct us not to share or disclose any personal information with
other insurance companies for the purpose of obtaining renewal quotations. If
you wish to “opt out,” please email info@intuitiveinsurance.net
or call 303-663-1645 and ask for the Client Services Manager. In order to “opt
out” by phone, you must speak with a company representative (for your
protection, voicemail requests will not be processed). We may share information
about you if we do not hear from you within 30 days. However, you may always
“opt out” at any time. Just email or call us. Even if you “opt
out,” we may still disclose information allowed or required by law.
Confidentiality and Security
We protect your non-public personal information. We will not share any protected
health information with other parties without your authorization. Only those
employees who must utilize this information to provide products or services
to you are authorized to access your information. Employees who violate this
privacy policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination.
Additional Information For Our Website Users
Intuitive collects and stores information by general browsing when you visit
our website. NB we will not be offering on-line quoting capabilities.

Access to and correction of your information:

us a written request. You can notify us in writing if you believe any information
should be corrected, amended, or deleted and we will review your request. We
will either make the requested change or explain why we did not do so. If we
do not make the requested change, you may submit a short written statement identifying
the disputed information, which will be included in all future disclosures of

address, telephone number, policy number(s) signature of all individuals named

We will notify clients of our privacy policy at the inception of our business
relationship. Thereafter you will be notified annually.
